You agree not to use Layover Mobile eSIMs to:
- Break any applicable law or third-party right.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or run malicious campaigns.
- Distribute malware, run large-scale port scans, or attack other networks.
- Circumvent access controls or usage limits imposed by carriers.
- Resell the data allowance as a Wi-Fi hotspot business without our prior written consent.
- Use the eSIM as a permanent home internet connection — plans are intended for travel and short-term use.
If we or an upstream carrier detects abuse we may suspend the eSIM without refund. Serious abuse may result in your account being closed.
