Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Layover Mobile ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Layover Mobile mobile and web application (the "Service").

What we collect

  • Account data: email, name (optional), avatar (optional), preferences.
  • Purchase data: order history, plan metadata, payment amount, currency. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • eSIM data: ICCID, activation code, usage totals returned by the wholesale carrier. We do not see the sites you visit or your device location.
  • Product analytics: coarse event counters (e.g. "checkout started") to improve the app. No content, no cross-site tracking.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering eSIMs you buy), to comply with legal obligations, and — for optional marketing — with your consent. Under GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

Sub-processors

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • eSIM Access — wholesale eSIM provisioning.
  • Supabase — hosted database and authentication.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we anonymise your account within 30 days. Purchase records may be retained longer where required by tax law (typically 7 years).

Your California rights

If you are a California resident, you may request access to and deletion of your personal information at any time from the Account page. We do not sell personal information.
